It keeps the maintenance and upgrade workload off of our customers’ plates and on Dirxion's. When Dirxion hosts the digital publication(s), it is transparent to the customer and allows the digital publications to be served at an optimal speed with the ability to track a variety of usage components. |

| A: No, you will not loose any of your notes when clearing your cookies because our sticky notes and notes manager are not cookie-based. |
| Q: What changes when viewing a different language interface? |
| A: All of the text in the image-based table of contents, navigational tools, digital product overview / instructions and help file will change to reflect that particular language. We do all of the translating, so there will be no work on your end. |
| Q: Will my digital catalog shoppers have to click on a product SKU number to connect to my e-commerce site? |
| A: That is one available option. However, you can also elect to link product images directly to your e-commerce site. |
| Q: Are your digital editions BPA compliant? |
| A: Dirxion has been certified by and is a member of BPAWW. We provide services to publishers that will allow them to alert subscribers to new editions of the magazine. |
